DoNotAge® Subscription Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of DoNotAge®, a subscription product offered by DoNotAge.org ("DoNotAge", "we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, completing checkout, or maintaining an active subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Our Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.
1. The Subscription
DoNotAge® is sold exclusively on a subscription basis. Each billing cycle delivers a supply of daily sachets to the address on file. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle until cancelled in accordance with Clause 4.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe. DoNotAge® is intended for use by healthy adults as part of a balanced lifestyle. DoNotAge® is a food supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
3. Pricing and Billing
Subscriptions are billed every 4 weeks. Exact figures are shown inside your DoNotAge account in your respective currency. We email you before every charge. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing on renewal, with notice provided by email at least 14 days before the price change takes effect.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle in which the cancellation request is received. You will not be charged for subsequent cycles. Cancelling does not refund a charge already made. To avoid a charge, cancel before the date shown in your reminder email.
5. Product Formulation
The ingredients within DoNotAge® may change over time, and we are under no obligation to notify subscribers of any such change. The ingredient declaration printed on each shipment reflects the contents of that shipment.
6. Allergens, Medical Conditions and Adverse Reactions
DoNotAge® is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, scheduled for surgery, or under the care of a healthcare professional, consult that professional before beginning or continuing use. Discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention if you experience any adverse reaction.
7. Delivery, Risk and Title
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title in the goods passes to you on receipt of full payment. Tracking that shows delivery to your address counts as delivery.
8. Refunds, Returns and the NAD+ Guarantee
Refunds and returns are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy. In summary: once a pouch has been shipped it is not refunded, except for unopened pouches returned within the terms of that policy (refunded less the shipping cost we covered) and claims under our 6-month NAD+ money-back guarantee. Opened pouches cannot be refunded or returned.
We're so confident DoNotAge® works that we guarantee it. Take DoNotAge® daily for 6 consecutive months. If your NAD+ levels haven't increased, we'll refund every payment you've made. Claims must meet every requirement set out in section 1.4 of the Returns and Refunds Policy, including lab NAD+ test results taken before you start and after 6 months of continuous daily use.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact us at [email protected] before contacting your bank. If you raise a chargeback on a valid charge, we will provide your bank with the full record of your order and subscription, as set out in section 1.5 of the Returns and Refunds Policy, and we may close your account.
10. Intellectual Property
The DoNotAge® name and logo, and the proprietary compounds SulforaBoost®, SIRT6Activator® and Nitralis®, are registered or pending trademarks of DoNotAge.org. All clinical research, formulations, branding, copy and imagery are the intellectual property of DoNotAge.org or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use any of the foregoing.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Subject to the foregoing, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of DoNotAge® shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is available on request from [email protected].
