The Science

Clinically proven.

DoNotAge® is one of the only longevity products in the world that has been tested as a finished product in a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled human trial. Below are the full studies: the raw data, the methods, and what they mean for you.

Why "clinically proven" actually means something here.

Almost every longevity product on the market claims to be "science-backed" or "research-led." What they usually mean is that someone, somewhere, once studied one of the ingredients on its own. They have not studied the product they try to sell you.

We have. DoNotAge®, the exact sachet that you receive, has been tested in randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled human trials. That is the gold standard of clinical research. Almost no one else in this industry has actually done it. That is the difference between a supplement company and a health research organisation.

100% of our profits fund ageing research. The studies below are a small part of that work.

The Studies

Human trials on DoNotAge®

Every result below was measured in a randomised, placebo-controlled human trial.

Study 01

DoNotAge® improves well-being and reduces fatigue.

Randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled 60 days Dubai, UAE n = 28

Over 60 days, participants taking DoNotAge® reported dramatic improvements in how they felt day-to-day compared to a matched placebo. Their well-being more than doubled, their fatigue dropped, and every single person said they wanted to keep taking it.

Well-being more than doubled
On the World Health Organisation's well-being scale, participants went from "low" to "good" well-being. The placebo group barely moved.
19%
Less fatigue
Fatigue scores improved by 19% in the treatment group, comfortably past what clinicians consider meaningful. The placebo group did not change at all.
100%
Improved on both measures
Every single participant taking DoNotAge® improved meaningfully on both well-being and fatigue. Not one person failed to respond.
0
Side effects
Zero change across all six gastrointestinal symptom measures. A completely clean tolerability profile across the full 60 days.
100%
Want to keep taking it
Every single participant taking DoNotAge® said they will continue to take the supplement after the trial has finished.

What we found

Thirty generally healthy adults aged 30 to 65 were randomly assigned to take either DoNotAge® or a matched placebo sachet once a day for 60 days. Neither the participants nor the researchers knew who was on which until the study ended.

After 60 days, the DoNotAge® group's well-being scores had more than doubled. On the World Health Organisation's scale, they went from "low" well-being into "good" well-being. That is not a small improvement. It is a category change. The placebo group barely moved.

On fatigue, the pattern was even starker. The DoNotAge® group reported 19% reduction in fatigue by the end of the study, comfortably past the threshold clinicians consider meaningful. The placebo group's scores did not change at all.

At the end of the study, 93% of participants taking DoNotAge® said they felt "better" or "much better" than when they started. And 100% said they wanted to continue taking it. Not a single person in the treatment group said they would stop.

What it means for you

Well-being and fatigue are not abstract metrics. They are how you feel when you wake up, how you handle a long day, whether everyday things feel heavier than they should. The participants in this trial reported real, measurable, large improvements in exactly those things after 60 days of doing nothing different except taking one sachet of DoNotAge® each morning.

No product in this field can honestly claim to have done this with their finished formulation. We can, because it is in the data.

Study 02

DoNotAge® raises whole blood NAD+ levels.

Randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled 28 days LifeLab1, Lithuania n = 19

In just 28 days, participants taking DoNotAge® saw their whole blood NAD+ levels rise by an average of 76%. NAD+ is a molecule every cell needs to produce energy and repair DNA. Levels drop as we age. This is the first time DoNotAge® has been shown to change what is happening inside the body at a molecular level.

76%
Average increase in NAD+ levels
Whole blood NAD+ rose from 16.4 to 27.9 micromol/L in the treatment group over 28 days. Measured from blood, not self-reported.
p < 0.01
Statistically significant
In clinical research, a result is considered statistically significant when the p-value is below 0.05. The lower the number, the stronger the evidence. This result came in at below 0.01, which means there is less than a 1% chance the result is due to luck.
28 days
Results in under a month
Participants saw these changes after just 28 days. That is faster than most published NMN studies, and this formulation contains 14 additional active ingredients alongside NMN.

What we found

Twenty-four healthy adults were randomly assigned to take either DoNotAge® or a matched placebo once a day for 28 days. Neither the participants nor the researchers knew who was on which. NAD+ levels were measured from blood samples at the start and end of the study.

After 28 days, the DoNotAge® group's NAD+ levels had risen by an average of 76%. Some participants saw their levels nearly triple. The placebo group, after excluding one statistical outlier, showed essentially no change at all.

The between-group difference was statistically significant (p < 0.01) with a very large effect size (Cohen's d = 1.36). Six out of ten treatment participants saw their NAD+ levels increase by more than 90%.

Why NAD+ matters

NAD+ is not a vitamin or a supplement ingredient. It is a molecule your body already makes, and it is essential for hundreds of biological processes: converting food into energy, repairing damaged DNA, activating longevity-related proteins called sirtuins, and keeping your cells functioning properly.

The problem is that NAD+ levels decline as you age. By middle age, you may have significantly less NAD+ than you did in your twenties. This decline is linked to fatigue, slower recovery, and accelerated ageing at the cellular level. Restoring NAD+ is one of the most actively researched targets in longevity science.

This is the first study to show that DoNotAge® as a finished product can measurably raise NAD+ levels in human blood. Combined with Study 1 (which showed people feel dramatically better), it starts to explain why they feel better.

More studies are on the way.

There are 4 more clinical trials currently underway. DoNotAge.org is a health research organisation. That means the work does not stop once a product ships. It continues, publicly, in human trials, with data we report whether it flatters us or not.

New studies will appear on this page as they complete.

A note of thanks

To every participant who made this possible.

Clinical research does not happen without people willing to give weeks of their lives, take blood tests, answer hundreds of questions honestly, and trust a team of researchers with something as personal as how they feel. The participants in these trials, in Dubai and in Lithuania, did all of that.

Everything on this page, every stat, every conclusion, every headline, exists because real people showed up week after week. Without those people we would not have been able to advance the science this much. We are extremely grateful.
