DoNotAge® improves well-being and reduces fatigue.
Over 60 days, participants taking DoNotAge® reported dramatic improvements in how they felt day-to-day compared to a matched placebo. Their well-being more than doubled, their fatigue dropped, and every single person said they wanted to keep taking it.
What we found
Thirty generally healthy adults aged 30 to 65 were randomly assigned to take either DoNotAge® or a matched placebo sachet once a day for 60 days. Neither the participants nor the researchers knew who was on which until the study ended.
After 60 days, the DoNotAge® group's well-being scores had more than doubled. On the World Health Organisation's scale, they went from "low" well-being into "good" well-being. That is not a small improvement. It is a category change. The placebo group barely moved.
On fatigue, the pattern was even starker. The DoNotAge® group reported 19% reduction in fatigue by the end of the study, comfortably past the threshold clinicians consider meaningful. The placebo group's scores did not change at all.
At the end of the study, 93% of participants taking DoNotAge® said they felt "better" or "much better" than when they started. And 100% said they wanted to continue taking it. Not a single person in the treatment group said they would stop.
What it means for you
Well-being and fatigue are not abstract metrics. They are how you feel when you wake up, how you handle a long day, whether everyday things feel heavier than they should. The participants in this trial reported real, measurable, large improvements in exactly those things after 60 days of doing nothing different except taking one sachet of DoNotAge® each morning.
No product in this field can honestly claim to have done this with their finished formulation. We can, because it is in the data.
